Maximum Capacity and Extra Guests

The villa rate covers up to 18-20 guests, with a maximum capacity of 20.

Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM only; those staying beyond will be charged ₱500 per person as an overnight rate.

Two extra mattresses are available upon request. Each mattress includes one mattress, one pillow, and one blanket for ₱300 per set. Limited to two sets only.

Yes, we do. We can arrange a private van for pickup or drop-off. This service isn’t included in the villa rate, and pricing will depend on your location. Just send us a message and we’ll share the rates and check availability for you.

Casa Luxuria features 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms plus a spacious living and dining area, perfect for families and groups.

  • Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): Queen bed with private bathroom and poolside view
  • Bedroom 2: Double bed setup near shared bathroom
  • Bedroom 3: Double bed setup ideal for groups or kids
  • Extra Beds: Two additional mattresses available upon request

Total sleeping capacity: up to 20 guests (15 included in base rate)

Casa Luxuria is pet-friendly (maximum of 2 pets).

  • ₱800 fee per pet
  • Bring your own kennel or crate
  • Pets not allowed inside bedrooms or in the pool
  • Must be attended at all times
  • Cleaning fee applies if waste is left behind
  • Violations (e.g., pets inside rooms) may incur a ₱2,000 cleaning or repair fee

Guests may bring their own food, groceries, and beverages — no corkage fee.

Cooking and grilling are allowed only in designated areas.

Additional fees:

  • Mobile bar – ₱3,000
  • Professional caterer with setup – ₱1,500
  • Food cart or photo booth – ₱1,500 per supplier

Small gatherings or intimate celebrations are allowed.
Live bands and large events are not permitted.

Décor Guidelines:

Guests may bring their own simple décor at no extra cost, as long as it follows the allowed list below and is removed before check-out.

Items Requiring ₱1,000 Décor Fee

A ₱1,000 décor fee applies if guests choose to use décor that may cause extra cleaning or leave marks, such as:

  • Tape or adhesives
  • Balloon walls / balloon arches
  • Confetti
  • Glitter
  • Items attached to ceilings or walls
  • Heavy or complex setups that require additional cleaning
  • Any décor that may leave residue, dust, or marks

Yes, with management pre-approval. Vendors such as caterers, mobile bars, tents, décor teams, and sound system suppliers are allowed with corresponding fees.

Vendor Fees:

  • Mobile Bar: ₱3,000
  • Outside Catering: ₱2,000
  • Tent / Furniture Rentals: ₱1,500
  • Décor / Sound System / Other Minor Equipment: ₱1,000–₱3,000

Vendors must handle their own setup and cleanup.

  • 50% down payment required to confirm booking
  • Balance due upon check-in
  • ₱2,000 refundable security deposit required at check-in
  • Payments are non-refundable but rebookable once (at least 7 days prior, subject to availability)
  • Maintain cleanliness and dispose of garbage properly.
  • Strictly no smoking inside rooms (designated areas available).
  • No illegal activities, loud music, or disturbances affecting nearby properties.
  • Extra cleaning due to negligence may incur additional fees.
  • Unruly or disrespectful behavior may result in eviction without refund.

The villa is for registered guests only.
Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of property, furniture, or amenities.
Report malfunctions immediately to staff for assistance.

Casa Luxuria is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings.
Guests should keep valuables secured and use all amenities responsibly.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or evict guests violating house rules.

The security deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or rule violations. Security deposits apply only to guests who check in and stay at the property.

All reservations require a non-refundable down payment to secure the date. In case of cancellation or inability to attend, the down payment is forfeited. However, guests may rebook their stay once, subject to availability, within a mutually agreed period. Rate differences may apply.

Failure to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show. The down payment is non-refundable and the reservation will be forfeited.
